What is an e-Bike?

In Australia e-Bikes are limited to 250w motors and can assist you up to 25km/hr. The speed will be dependant on factors such as the rider, the terrain - up hill or flat, etc.
Any motor providing more power would be classified as a motorbike and would require registration and a license.
