As part of our process to mitigate scam adverts, all private adverts are vetted by a member of BikeExchange before going live on the site. Because of this, there is often a delay of up to 24 hours between when you submit the advert and when it goes live.
If your advert is not online after 24 hours, check if you have accidentally unpublished it, meaning it won’t be vetted by a member of our team.
To fix this, simply follow the steps below.
- Login to your BikeExchange account
- Select ‘my adverts’ from the dropdown on the left of the screen
- Scroll down until you see your advert and if the box next to ‘status’ is empty, click on it and it will turn blue. The words on the right hand side of the box will now say ‘not displayable’
- The advert is now able to be vetted by a member of our team.
